The Elders' Forum

Hi there! How we all doin'? I for one am doing pretty fan-flipping-tastic! This week was one of change, adjustment, and new beginnings. But, like, not as dramatic and profound as that last sentence made it sound...

Starting with Monday, we had a fun little trip to the cookie factory in town that makes the air smell like heaven because we heard that they do tours. They no longer do tours. So we messed around at a warehouse-sized chino. Monday and Tuesday was full of member visits and packing beCAAUUUSE....Elder Bingham moved on to Motril! We also had a good lesson/lunch with José. He continues to do well. 

Wednesday was mainly spent with Elder Wiseman as we waited for our new companions. It was a fun day. My new companion is Elder Bushman and he's a hoot. More info on him to come because I'm doing a writing sprint. The four man piso lives on and it's only getting better. Lots of shenanigans and high jinx. I will write more about the merrymaking and what not next week. I'm really sorry, I dropped the ball on this one today, haha!

Thursday we had yet another lesson with José. We're now getting him through the laws and ordinances. 

Friday had a really good ward FHE with a lot of people present.

Saturday highlight: We all sat down and set up some ground rules for the apartment to maximize order and harmony. We called it the Elders' Forum and signed a contract. We took pics to commemorate the historical occasion.

I'm sorry, that's all I've got for the week. Conference is now on the Gospel Library app so there's no reason to not start studying the words of the prophets.
